We hope you are delighted with your new Rose & Hugh jewelry. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact us at rosehughjewelry@gmail.com, including your order number and the reason for your return. All return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.

All returns must be shipped to our international fulfillment center.

Processing Time for Returns
Returns are processed within 14 business days after the returned item is received. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued. Please note that for non-defective items, original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
